Deck & Fence Washing
Restore the natural beauty of your wood or composite deck and fence. We remove mold, mildew, graying, and grime — and can prep surfaces for staining or sealing.
Bring your outdoor spaces back to life
Montana's wet springs and hot summers take a toll on wood and composite surfaces. Mold, mildew, algae, and UV graying make decks and fences look old and worn — and if left untreated, organic growth can cause wood rot and structural damage.
We use the right pressure and the right technique for each material — low-pressure soft washing for composite and painted surfaces, medium-pressure for natural wood — so you get a thorough clean without fiber damage or raised grain.
- Safe for wood, composite, Trex, and painted surfaces
- Removes mold, mildew, algae, and embedded grime
- Ideal prep work before staining, sealing, or painting
- Extends the life of your deck and fence significantly
How We Do It
We match our technique to your surface — every time.
Surface Assessment
We identify the surface material — wood species, composite brand, paint type — and check for any rot, soft spots, or damaged boards that need attention before washing.
Pre-Treatment
A biodegradable cleaning solution is applied to kill mold, mildew, and algae at the root — not just on the surface. We let it dwell before washing begins.
Controlled Pressure Wash
We wash with pressure calibrated to your specific surface — never too aggressive. For composite and painted wood, we use low-pressure soft washing to protect the material.
Rinse & Inspect
We rinse completely and inspect every board and rail. If you're planning to stain or seal, we'll let you know the recommended dry time before your next step.
